She ended up drifting down towards an almost deserted part of the lobby. People didn’t seem to be at all interested in this area but it held yet more pictures that eventually curved off down a hallway. She concluded that this place held no ones interest perhaps because there was nothing down here with the ticket office and the entrances all lying on the other end. Still, she was alone to study the pictures the way she wished. Art was one of many favourites but then no one may have known that. It was a relaxing thing, a chance to let her mind drift. She stood now in front of a painting that towered over her, grand within its framework. She’d already indulged in that small pleasure that came with touch, following the wooden frame and each swish, curve and lateral motion, lips slightly parted on the beginnings of what might have been an excited smile. In a way the joy she found in the sense of touch was almost a contradiction.
She stepped back now allowing herself take in the picture again but this time properly. It was a rather complex one both in style and message depicting that age old battle between darkness and light. She almost felt like she remembered it though she was sure she had never seen it, perhaps it was the theme that was familiar it bore many variations after all. This time it bore two women, one angelic in resplendent light, golden hair and intense blue eyes, determination mixed in with offered forgiveness as if she pleaded for the other to come to her senses. At the same time it promised no hesitation as if the spear she held to the others throat was not enough indication.
The other woman so obviously of the opposing side, hair long, dark full of straggly mismanaged curls that held an almost wretched beauty of their own as they fell around the pale features she bore. Her eyes were narrowed, dark and unforgiving, valiantly holding her own well even as she lay felled to her knee her neck bare to the unforgiving kiss of metal. Her own weapon lay against the others stomach piercing through the flimsy sheer of her robes enough to show equal defiance. Neither willing to give up it seemed. Heaven wondered quietly who would have won; if they weren’t caught in this stilled moment of time, who would have still struck and taken the chance? Who had less to loose?
Things were rarely black and white and perhaps there was more to this fight than was at first visible. The title however drew its own distinction clearly, stark in its scrawled decision. It simply read ‘Light and Dark’
She turned then to see if anyone else had decided to come over, to make sure she was still alone in her preoccupation. Only to find someone else had taken to looking at pictures too. Only she was just a small distance away…and familiar.

Leera, had found a painting that had caught her own interest. The painting was of a lion, fur golden, eyes fierce and black. Right paw in the air ready to strike, yet there was nothing to strike. The lion was by itself, in sort of a lonely fashion, but it still looked ready to fight if the need ever came. The lion had been on an open field, while it took this pose, so where were the other animal? Maybe the painter decided that the lion scared away any other animal? Perhaps he was too lazy. Still there is something familiar about this painting...... Thoughts cut off after this, while she tried to think of why the painting was familiar.
Her pink eyes continued to stare at the painting that still held her interest. Normally things did not hold the sprite's interest for long at all, so that made it even more intriguing. Really what is it about this lion? She placed a hand upon her chin. her pink orbs scanning the painting, only to find the title and nothing else. 'Fierce Loneliness'. Even the title was provocative. Maybe this Lion reminds me...... This time her thoughts were cute short, by the feeling of eyes setting upon her.
Huh.....? She turned her head to see someone she had not expected to really ever lay eyes upon again. Heaven? She thought scanning the person to make sure it was her. Agreeing that was indeed the girl she had just spoken with, her eyes stayed on her. Leera's eyes were as they were before. They were no inviting, but not uninviting either. They gave away nothing, while they tried to take everything.

Heaven simply stood there staring back both seemingly deciding to do the same thing, silent and stoic, one staring at the other in equal silence flanked by a backdrop of individual images that spoke silent volumes about the women set before them. Perhaps more than they themselves would ever have told freely.
Heaven was seemingly in no hurry to look away. In normal company her gaze would have long become disconcerting, uncomfortable. It wasn’t unfriendly but it was quiet and unreadable, not impolite but certainly enough to put people on their guard. She wondered silently what she was doing out here; the thought fleeting but enough to leave her considering it. Either it had been the world’s quickest play or she had left for one reason or the other before its conclusion. What reasons these might be though she didn’t spend any time pondering on, which would be putting too much effort into something she wasn’t really that curious about. The point was she was here now.
Her gaze finally rose to take in the picture she stood in front of. Silently she took it in for a few minutes before she spoke now looking back at the girl almost as if she had remembered something. But that was just how it looked.
“Has anyone ever told you that you have a most disconcerting stare” the pot asked the kettle in a manner that didn’t seem to suggest it had asked a question at all.

The eyes of the sprite had never left the other girl, even when she looked away. She kept the pink irises on her like the proverbial hawk. Leera, probably would never change from this loner point of view.
"Of all the things my eyes have been called that is one of them yes." she said answering the none question, then continued. "It is also one of the ones that I like the most, for it is one of the few that is not words that are meant for me to allow another under my dress. As you have already been." The last part though not said in a joking manner could be taken that way, or in a perverted way. Neither of which really seemed to be how the sprite was.
With those words said, the girl did something she barely had done since meeting Heaven, she let her eyes wander to something else, instead of keeping her full attention on the taller girl. Though it was obvious by the tense way she stood, her guard was still up.
"Did you meet the person?" Bringing the subject back to the note which had brought the two together in the first place. Leera had not really cared, but it was the polite question to ask. "Or did you give up? Since most likely it was some un respecting player who felt the need to mess with someone, since that is what this world is turning into."

"You must have met an unfortunate lot in your time." Heaven replied deadpan as she reached up to push some wayward strands of her from her face and tuck it securely behind her ear not mentioning anything about her part in the unfortunate incident earlier.
She noted the girl’s stance and wondered idly if she was uncomfortable in some manner completely unaware that for all intents and purposes hers was mildly similar. Still neither seemed to make the effort to close the distance. Heaven didn’t feel the need to at this point in time. They seemed to be communicating effectively as they were. Now if only others could take note.
At the question she shook her head before replying this time “No” and then deciding to elaborate further she added “It’s unfortunate but such things happen, I came out knowing full well that it might be a farce so I lost nothing real.” She finished with a shrug. To tell the truth she wasn’t upset by it, she wasn’t even ruffled. She would have been more bothered if she hadn’t come.

"I am sorry to hear that." her words stayed the same, but they were meant to be somewhat compassionate. "I do not grant this ultimate power or whatever it is the note said, I do help people get through dungeons whenever needed. If it is help you require just call." Leera figured that Heaven came her for something, she could supply at least a small reward for coming out her and wasting her time.
The painting had finally lost her interest, so she decided to stop looking at it. Her gaze had now returned to Heaven. With no interest in the painting, she side stepped over to her acquaintance, so the conversation may be held between these two only.
"I will be leaving this place soon," she said softly. "The crowd here is not my cup of tea so to speak. I am going to either go on a quest, or grab some tea." She had no idea why it was that she felt the need to tell Heaven this, it was not as if she would care what Leera was going to do after this.
After saying what she was going to do, she reached her hands up to pulls her hair out of their pony tails, this let her hair cascade down her wings and her back. Sometimes wearing it in pony tails would annoy her.

At her words Heaven allowed a kind look that quietly said she appreciated the thought. “It was no fault of yours. You just happened to be there” She didn’t however accept the offer. Neither did she reject it. Being of the suspicious sort she would only be driven to accepting such things when she was desperate...and what desperation it would have to be. She favoured her chances a lot more relying on herself, more so when there was no tit for tat. Heaven did not believe in the notion of random acts of kindness, selflessness...nothing of the sort existed.
If she could not offer anything of equal value or more worth then in her mind the deal was a doomed one. If there was no shared goal to the exclusion of all else then she would never be confident of the other.
It was never thought of in malice, it was just a simple fact she had needed to learn but once and now simply regarded it as a fact of life, not sad but instead it simply was. “I will simply continue at it as I have always done.” She said softly.
Her interest was piqued however at the sound of a quest, “What information do you have?” she asked before she could stop herself watching her hair fall out of its pony tails with mild distraction.

There was no reaction from Heaven, not responded to her offer. It was not a thing to push onto to a person. Though this had been an unusually boring and slow week for her, so it would be nice if there was someone she could help out, even if it was only for a small amount a time.
"Information? Oh....." The girl began to rummage around her inventory trying to find where she had put that small piece of paper. Finding it relatively fast, she popped it out so that Heaven may see the quest paper. "Here it is. I got this earlier today, I had not planned on attending it however, but if I have nothing better I may."
Holding the piece of paper so Heaven could read it. This invitation allots the receiver and party to enter a special treasure quest. This quest will take place in the Frozen Forest area of Shiverpeak Mountain. The quest will provide it's finishers with an item of their choice from the list provided at the end. Show this piece of paper to the guard at the starting point, he will give you further information from there. This expires within two days so hurry and good luck.
"I would give you the invitation, but it is in my name. I apologize for that." There was nothing to apologize for, but it seemed polite at the time. Of course she had not thought of the two of them going to the quest together.

The words Shiverpeak Mountain brought a rather too bright look to her eyes, calculating and direct as she stared not realising she did as she went through the information in her mind. She’d heard of this place. She couldn’t however say she’d been there, preferring naturally the light and lush vegetation. None the less it was a mid level area and thus bound to be worth the time.
“Do you know who sent it?” She queried instead wondering briefly why it was she apologised, it was no one’s fault who it was addressed to. If she could find out who sent out the quest she might be able to ask for one of her own. No doubt she would do it alone too. There was no question of it being done otherwise in her mind. It was just how it always was. If she had even considered it she would have drawn the conclusion that Leera already had a party. She couldn’t remember the last time she had been on a quest with anyone but herself and Perdita who tended to show up when she wanted and add her own two penny’s worth. Usually belatedly much to Heaven’s constant annoyance completely sure she did it on purpose.
A quest would be as good a reason as any other to go through Shiverpeak in fact her mind was already considering things that would be needed. Relying on oneself meant having to doubly consider these things before hand. Getting caught short was something she hated immensely.
